The sugar content per pack (25g) of pani puri munchies is 0.63 grams. Few of our most loyal customers are both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetic, and they prefer to consume our munchies based on their sugar levels and/or after consulting their doctor. We advise you to do the same.

Are the Open Secret Munchies good for my heart?

The Munchies are made with Zero Palm Oil and are roasted, not fried, and have zero cholesterol and trans fat. So, yes you can have it with your whole heart! (Keep in mind, that moderation is the key).

Are the Open Secret Chocolate Bars Diabetic-friendly?
