From what age can this be fed to babies?
This is suitable for babies of any age and you can start giving it from an early age of 6 months to your child.

How to make the porridge?
(1) Add 2-3 tbsp (30g) Porridge Powder to a 1/2 cup (120ml) of water or milk and mix well without lumps. (2) Cook on a low flame for 3 to 5 minutes and stir continuously to avoid forming lumps. Stir till you get semi-solid consistency. (3) To sweeten the taste, add jaggery. Mix well & Serve. (discard the leftover)
